About Rachel
Rachel is a breathwork facilitator and creator of the Homecoming Movement, where high-achieving women learn to come home to themselves through nervous system regulation and authentic self-expression. After burning out from a 7-year teaching career and navigating her own journey through anxiety, postpartum depression, and chronic stress, Rachel discovered the transformative power of breathwork for healing the nervous system.
Now, she helps women break free from survival mode and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through her work, she's showing women that peace isn't something to chase – it's something to remember. Using the wisdom of breathwork and nervous system regulation, she guides women back to the version of themselves that exists beneath the doing, achieving, and proving.
